AI-assisted support

We may process support messages and attached screenshots through an AI service provider to prepare a response draft. A Q.car team member reviews the draft before it is sent. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details in a support request.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, messaging, and security. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements.
