Why is a listing missing or out of date?
Q.car indexes listings from marketplaces and showrooms. A seller may change or remove a car before our next refresh. Open the original listing to confirm its latest status.
How do I contact a seller?
Open a car and use the available call or WhatsApp button. Q.car does not negotiate, take payment, or arrange the sale.
Where are my saved cars?
Sign in and open Saved Cars from your profile. Saved cars can disappear if the original listing is removed.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Do not send money or personal documents. Copy the listing link and contact support so we can review it.
